Services
The Purchasing Services Office buys ~$8M in goods
and services for Ames
Laboratory and the Institute for Physical Research and Technology
(IPRT) each year in accordance with appropriate federal and state
procurement procedures. The types of items that are purchased include:
- Scientific Equipment
- Computers and Printers
- Office and Laboratory Supplies
- Chemicals (including analysis)
- Copiers and Fax Machines
- Equipment Maintenance
