The Office of Public Affairs provides tours of the Ames Laboratory for a variety of groups, including elementary, junior high, high school and college students; teachers; and professionals representing diverse occupations and interests. Care is taken to match tours to the expressed interests of the visiting group. Our hope is to help the public become more aware of the Ames Laboratory, create
stronger Lab/community relations and encourage interest in science and math. |
