The following wellness services are available for Ames Laboratory employees:
- Weight monitoring
- Blood pressure monitoring
- Information on medications, diseases, treatments and other health topics
- Exercise class:
- Every Monday and Thursday – 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
